Why each block is there

1. PartThe family narrows the supplier list faster than the drawing does. Say it explicitly.
2. MaterialStating the certificate requirement up front is cheap. Adding it after delivery is impossible.
3. ToleranceForm controls and the datum scheme, not just plus or minus. Say free state or constrained.
4. FinishName the surfaces. A blanket note prices the whole part at the tightest number on it.
5. PackingCleanroom packing is labour and consumables. Left unsaid, the cheapest quote is the one that assumed a cardboard box.
6. InspectionFirst article plus sampling and a full report per piece are different prices and different schedules.
7. ScheduleA stated repeat schedule usually prices better than the same quantity ordered lot by lot.
8. CommercialDestination and Incoterm move the comparable price. Not every shop exports on its own documents.
9. Quote formatSeparate lines are what let you see where a difference actually comes from.
